A signed Certificate of Condition is required for all new business and  Endorsement Certificate of Condition for endorsement requests in all counties except:

Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Holmes, Jackson, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Washington.

**Please note an extended turnaround time of 24 hours applies for quotes and 3-4 business days for endorsements.**
