Binding Restrictions Lifted 

Effective 9/27/2024 at Noon EST, Olympus will lift Hurricane Helene binding restrictions statewide, except in the following counties:

• Jefferson, Taylor, Madison, Dixie, Hamilton, Lafayette, Suwannee, Gilchrist, Columbia, Levy, Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, & Manatee.

The following counties are OPEN but will require a pre-bind signed Certificate of Condition or Endorsement Certificate of Condition until further notice. Endorsements will be bound effective the date the ECOC is signed:
 

• Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Calhoun, Charlotte,  Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Lee, Leon, Liberty, Marion, Okaloosa,  Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Union, Wakulla, Walton & Washington.

All new business and endorsement submissions must be bound/submitted with an effective date of 9/27/24 or later.
