Binding Restrictions Lifted 

Effective immediately, the binding restrictions resulting from Hurricane Helene have been removed across the state. Please review the counties listed below that will require a signed Certificate of Condition prior to binding.

• Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Calhoun, Charlotte, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hernando, Hillsborough, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lee, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Okaloosa, Pasco, Pinellas, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Wakulla, Walton & Washington.

All new business and endorsement submissions must be bound/submitted with an effective date of 9/27/24 or later.
