A pre-bind Certificate of Condition ("COC") is required for the following counties:
Bay, Broward, Calhoun, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Lake, Liberty, Miami-Dade, Nassau, Okaloosa, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Santa Rosa, Seminole, St John, Walton, Washington
As a reminder, the following 16 counties are under exposure management for 10 years and newer on YOC:
Bay, Broward, Clay, Duval, Hillsborough, Lake, Miami-Dade, Lee, Martin, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Polk, Seminole, St Johns, St Lucie

If your agency requires access to the system from an international location, please send an email including your IP address with the subject line: IP Address Request to email@example.com, and someone from Olympus’ IT Department will be in touch as soon as possible. Identify your IP address by clicking here. If your request is approved, the policy administration system will be accessible for 4 hours. International policyholders are encouraged to contact their Agent or Olympus Policy Services department via phone, chat, or email should they require assistance.
